The Kettwiesel Handbike is one of the few road usable handcycles out there, and by road useable we mean it. With a much higher sitting position than the race oriented machines - great on the rough stuff - great doing the shopping. Looks great and goes like a rocket. You steer by leaning the hand unit over left or right. It is an intuitive action that helps maintain the centre of gravity throughout the turn and enables the power to be kept on so none of that precious momentum is lost! To Help you up the hills you have the Mountain Drive system which effectively gives you a lower set of gears to tap into when the going gets tough.
